At PackMax India, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged products received

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Return request raised within 48 hours of receiving the order

To initiate a return, email us at [your support email] with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Photo or video of the product showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-printed or branded tapes/courier bags

  • Products used or tampered with

  • Items without original packaging

  • Return requests raised after 48 hours


🔄 Return Process

  1. Request Approval: After reviewing your request, we’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.

  2. Return Pickup or Shipping: You may need to ship the item to our warehouse (shipping cost to be borne by customer unless the error was ours).

  3. Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the returned product.


💰 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded after inspection.

  • For COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for NEFT refund.


🔁 Replacements

In case of wrong or damaged items, we may offer a free replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.


📦 Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
